Olivia was extremely organized and knowledgeable. My partner and I are first-time parents, and Olivia helped us by recommending medications for us to ask our pediatrician about (the pediatrician approved), including to address our baby’s gassiness, which was waking him up at night and during naps. Olivia advised us on when it was time to transition to a bigger nipple for our bottles, when it was time to dress the baby in bigger clothes or swaddles, and when we should offer more milk to the baby. So far, our baby has hit all his milestones—both in terms of his size and cognitive development (despite having hearing loss in his right ear)—and we think Olivia deserves a lot of credit for that.

We also had a unique situation of a surrogacy adoption, which required our family to travel to Minnesota. Olivia traveled by plane to Minnesota and met us there the evening we left the hospital. She drove a considerable distance to get to the small towns that we had to stay in to be close to the hospital, and she gave us care and coverage five nights per week. When our family drove back to our home state of Colorado, she flew there and was ready the evening we arrived to provide us with support for the week of our return. Olivia was wonderful to work with, and her care set our newborn up to succeed from the start. Olivia is very professional and very knowledgeable. It is clear how she has dedicated herself to the profession of providing newborn care.
